Mashup
I’ve never really liked the word mashup, and never really understood the point of the whole thing. But here we are, now I’ve made one myself. I played around with the new Ajax API for the Y! Maps beta now that they’ve added the rest of the world to it and tried to find something to do with the API. Since photo.dlade.net has just displayed a big error message the last weeks, I figured I should do something with that. So I combined the Maps API with the flickr API and got myself a map that lays out our photo albums based on their geographical locations. So here it is.
